What is a computer
telephony server?
Computer telephony server is a special type of industrial computer
system that is both reliable and easy to service. What makes it
differ from other industrial computer is the build in redundancy
for both power source and data storage devices. For the telecommunication
industry, reliability is the most important features for its customers.
Downtime could result in thousands and thousands of
dollars in lost revenue for the telecommunication companies. Thus
they demand high reliability for their computer systems need.
Computer Telephony (CT) Series and Multislots (MS) Series industrial
computers are designed specially for the telecommunication applications.
Our servers included power supply with build in redundancy form
300 Watts to 550 Watts. This ensures our rackmount computer servers
keeps running even with one power source failed. In addition to
redundant power source, we also included a hard disk drive mirroring
feature. We uses a brand name RAID controller from companies such
as Adaptec, LSI Logic, and 3Wares in our rackmount computer servers
to reduce compatibility issues.
In addition to redundancy features, our Multislots series offers
14 slots and 20 slots expansion capability. You can have a different
